2. This application has been filed for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs order direction in the nature of certiorari for a direction to the learned A.C.J.M. 1a Lakhisarai to heard and tried the Chanan P.S. Case No. 180/2022 and Chanan P.S. Case No.

181/2022 jointly as the both the cases are lodged for same offence.

(ii) For a direction to the respondents for fair and impartial trial of both Chanan P.S. Case No.

180/2022 and Chanan P.S. Case No.

181//2022."

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai by filing a representation.

4. If the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai finds substance in the representation of the petitioner and feels that both the FIRs shall be clubbed then he may order for the same. If he finds that the clubbing is not permissible in the facts of the two FIRs, then no order of clubbing shall be passed by the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not applied its mind in the facts of the case.
