Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Perused the impugned order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the fact that prosecution evidence was going on and the misuse is of several years, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Tr. No. 1541 of 2018 arising out of Kazi Mohammadpur Police Station Case No. 215 of 1998 pending in the court of learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur/successor

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35495 of 2018 (2) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 court. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
