Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with NTPC P.S.Case No.21 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, dead-body of the father of the informant was found in the well and the informant has suspected the hands of the petitioner as there was some dispute with respect to the liquor business and they have also threatened the informant and it is also alleged that by strangulating him, his dead-body was thrown in the well.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no injury was found on the person of the deceased and

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Iswt Class, Barh, Patna in connection with NTPC P.S.Case No.21 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
