JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 25.02.2010 issued by the respondent District Co-operative Officer, Muzaffarpur-cum- Certificate Officer with respect to Case No. 396 of 1992-93, as contained in Annexure-12 to the present writ petition.

There is no dispute that the petitioner has statutory remedies against the impugned notice dated 25.02.2010. In above view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for grant of appropriate relief. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

The interim order dated 10.05.2010 stands vacated.
