11-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No.756 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only a mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No arms or ammunition was found in course of search of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the co-accused Rayees Yadav @ Raeish Yadav from whom arms were recovered, has been granted regular bail by a Co-

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein only a mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 06.11.2017, let the above named petitioner, if not wanted in any other case, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - II, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.)
