The present writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner on the post of Nyay Mitra in Ranipur Kurkuri Gram Panchayat, Block-Paliganj, District-Patna and pay the dues as the petitioner is rendering his service since 17.02.2014.

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary

Patna High Court CWJC No.2408 of 2017(4) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 objection and submits that service of the Nyay Mitra has been guided by a Notification No.2388 dated 21.04.2015 under which if, there is any grievance to the Nyay Mitra, then first authority is the Sub-Divisional Officer and second authority is the District Magistrate concerned. Counsel submits that the petitioner instead of availing the statutory grievances before the appropriate authority has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court.

4. In the present facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that he may avail his remedy by filing representation before the Statutory Authorities under the said Notification No.2388 dated 21.04.2015 issued by the Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar within 30 days from today and the authority concerned is hereby directed to take a decision on the petitioner's representation within 90 days thereafter.
