Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No.42 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations against the petitioner that he fired upon the injured which hit him, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
