JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 21.06.2011 (Annexure-9) passed in case No. 247 of 2010 by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
