08.07.2015 Petitioner will have to now await the outcome of the Full Bench decision to be rendered in L.P.A. No. 29 of 2014.

So far as some shortfall and discrepancy in payment of G.P.F. is concerned, petitioner can very well approach the District Provident Fund Officer for understanding the accounts and the basis of the calculation. If the discrepancy pointed out by the petitioner emerges from the said exercise then appropriate follow up action will be taken for payment or else that issue will rest.
