Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 452, 504, 509/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant, assaulted her and took away Passbook, Ration Card, Identity Card, and cash of Rs. 20,000/-. The motive for commission of the offence is alleged that since the informant refused to execute sale deed with regard to her land in favour of the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9147 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioners that for the occurrence of 27.08.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 04.09.2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
