2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 604 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per allegation, 9 gm and 10 mg of smack were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. His bail petition was rejected vide order dated 20.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 72897 of 2022. At the time of rejecting the bail petition, this fact was also taken into consideration that the petitioner was involved in other cases of the NDPS Act.

4. I do not find fresh ground to renew the prayer to differing from earlier views taken, while rejecting the bail petition.
