Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2018. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
