2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 135 of 2023 registered under Section 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and other criminals are involved in downloading the sale deed and forging the thumb impression of persons and thereafter, taking money from the bank account. Petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2023.

4. This is new kind of fraud which has been started by the criminals. Today this is the second case from the district of Purnea.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fraud committed by the petitioner and other co-accused, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Purnea is directed to supervise the case personally and see to it that all the accused persons involved in this kind of crime are arrested at the earliest and put on trial.

8. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Purnea through Fax and E-mail forthwith.
