2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim had come for getting married in Bihar as he was not able to get any bride in Rajasthan. There was some dispute between the parties on the issue of payment because of which this case has been filed.

4. The petitioners have participated in the kidnapping

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52532 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 of the victim. They have been caught on the spot along with other criminals and the victim was recovered from them. The petitioners are in jail since 27.02.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
