The petitioner seeks bail in Jale P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019 (POCSO G.R. case No. 19/19), registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/6 of POCSO Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated. Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019 having clean antecedent.

In view of the specific allegation against this petitioner and statement of the victim girl under section 164 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
