No. 35880 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 25-04-2014. Even in restoration petition, none has appeared on behalf of petitioner. On perusal of the record, it is evident that earlier also Cr. Misc. No. 35880 of 2011 was dismissed due to non-prosecution, however; subsequently it was restored. Sri Abhay Kumar Roy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor is present.
