ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2003 (G.R. No. 940 of 2003) for the offences registered under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 384, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but after a lapse of 11 years, he has also been charge sheeted stating that he was also a member of the mob and had entered into the office of the informant and created disturbances.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also the fact that co-accused, namely, Manjula Devi has been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11309 of 2016 (3) dt.27-06-2016 of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. II, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2003 (G.R. No. 940 of 2003), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
