Registry to make necessary correction in the memo of parties, both on the physical as also the digital file. Shri S.B.K. Manglam, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that petitioner would be content if a direction is issued to the newly added respondent, namely Station House Officer of Bikram Police Station, District- Patna to complete the investigation at the earliest.

Petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No. 10, namely, Station House Officer of Bikram Police Station, District- Patna to expedite the investigation in relation to Bikram Police Station Case No. 222 of 2022 dated 21st of May,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13089 of 2022 dt.09-09-2022 3/3 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 379, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Needless to add, such investigation shall be carried out strictly in accordance with law.
