2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 594 of 2022, which got dismissed on 17.07.2023 itself due to non compliance of the peremptory order dated 10.07.2023.

3. For the reasons stated in this application and also considering the office note dated 14.07.2025 disclosing therein that all the defects have been removed, the same is allowed and the connected case bearing C.W.J.C. No. 594 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
