The Block Development Officer, Motipur, who also happens to be a Probationer IAS Officer, has appeared in person and also filed a detailed counter affidavit.

2. On perusal of the counter affidavit, looking at the nature of the relief which the petitioner is looking for, there is no adjudication left to be done by this Court. The apprehension of the petitioner, initially expressed, is no longer an issue.

3. Counsel for the petitioner prays before this Court that at least the pending vouchers etc. must be examined and passed so that he does not leave behind any kind of dispute or claim with regard to the work actually done by him.

4. The Block Development Officer is directed to look into this aspect of the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest so that the petitioner takes on the responsibility on his transfer or additional place where he has been sent by the authorities. Naturally this kind of continuance at two places as Incharge is creating impediment in execution of various work.

5. Writ application is disposed of in terms of the above.
