2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 13657 of 2023 with observation that if the trial is not concluded within a period of two years, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the stipulated period of two years has elapsed and till date, out of 7 prosecution witnesses, only three witnesses have been examined.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55418 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with D.R.I. Case No. 04 of 2022, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
