JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is facing prosecution for the offences punishable under Sections-419, 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 19.04.2014, this Court does not find any ground to entertain the second application of anticipatory bail of the petitioner, who despite being named accused, has remained absconding till date.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
