2. Heard Mr. Kumar Ranjit Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Pawan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Housing Board and Mr. Zaki Haidar, learned AC to SC 9 for the State.

3. At this stage, Mr. Kumar Ranjit Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, informs this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.13108 of 2022(3) dt.04-07-2023 2/3 that part payment has been made on account of New Group Insurance (DAV) and the provident fund. The Provident Fund Commissioner (Pension), Regional Provident Office, Patna has assigned such reasons in the counter affidavit, after filing of the present writ petition, vide letter no.3214 dated 26.06.2023. At the same time, learned counsel further submits that no endeavour has been taken by the Managing Director of the Bihar State Housing Board to ensure payment to the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the part payments have been made to the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner, if he so desires, may file a detail representation with respect to all other dues, which have not been paid till date, before the Managing Director of Bihar State Housing Board. The Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board must ensure that the petitioner gets all the admissible dues as well as any remaining amount payable on account of New Group Insurance (DAV) with up-to-date interest including the provident fund amount within a period of three weeks from the date of passing of this order.

5. The petitioner is directed to forthwith represent before the Managing Director of the Bihar State Housing Board or he must contact physically today either in person or through

6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board must communicate to the Managing Director of the Bihar State Housing Board that all the dues are paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period of three weeks without fail.

7. In case, the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed within the aforesaid period, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the Managing Director of the Bihar State Housing Board.
