Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No 78 of 2018 and Special Case No. 3329 of 2018 for the offence under section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody in connection with seizure of 75 liters of Toddy. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 08.04.2018.
