Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) That this is application for an issuance of writ of certiorari for setting aside the order contained in letter No. के.वव. 55/2019 dated 30.03.2019 passed by the Additional Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, whereby and where under the representation dated 31.01.2019 filed by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 23.01.2019 passed in CWJC No. 967 of 2019 for of correction in the result card as BC in stead of BCI of Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test-2017 has been rejected. (ii) For issuance of writ preferably in nature of mandamus for direction to the Respondent Authorities to make Correction in category column as BC instead of BC-1 in the result card bearing Roll No.
