Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj PS Case No.100 of 2017 registered under Sections 316/323/324/341/380/354/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the accused persons came to the house of the informant and assaulted her with leg and fists, when her husband turned up to rescue, he too was assaulted and as a result of assault, miscarriage was done.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are closely related to each other. The petitioner is the wife of the cousin of the informant's husband; she is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against her and complaint was lodged after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35890 of 2018(2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 delay of more than 15 days.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bimal Devi @ Vimal Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj PS Case No.100 of 2017.
