The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dinara (Bhanash) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024, dated 02.05.2024, registered under Sections 25 (1-B) (A), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners were riding a motorcycle with one accused Dhanji Singh with whom one country made pistol and 8 live cartridges were recovered. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52514 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 of the petitioners. The petitioners have one criminal antecedent and they are on bail in that case. The petitioners are in custody since 03.05.2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024, subject to the condition:

(i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at Dinara Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
