The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 256 of 2024 dated 31.03.2024, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stealing the motorcycle of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. No incriminating material has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents and in both cases he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52680 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2024. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 256 of 2024, subject to the condition that:

(I) The petitioner will mark his attendance at Gopalganj Police Station at every Sunday of each month. Default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
