The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 205 of 2020, dated 06.07.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 442, 341, 323, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, the petitioner is one of the agnates of the informant. One person has received injury, nature of which has been reported to be simple.

It has further been submitted that from the narration of events in the F.I.R., it appears that the injury suffered by the victim is unintentional. Regard being had to the general nature of accusation, the attendant circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is one of the agnates of the informant and does not have criminal antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Xith, Gaya in connection with
