JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for quashing the order dated 20/07/2021 passed in Reat Appeal No. 10 of 2021 passed by the Chairman, Judicial Member and Administrative and technical member of the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal Bihar at Patna by which recommended the Authority for initiating a proceeding under section 7 of the Act for revocation of registration guaranteed to Vrindavan Garden Real Estate project having registration no. BRERAP00630-1/710/R-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14390 of 2022(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 799/2009 and further prayer is to stay the order dated 20/07/2021 till the disposal of arbitration proceeding and to issue appropriate Writ/Writs, Direction/Directions as your lordships may deem fit and proper.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy available under the law i.e. filing of a proper petition before the appropriate Court of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
