The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.93 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that one Saurabh Kumar was apprehended by the villagers and he was found in possession of one country made pistol, one live cartridge etc. He also disclosed the name of his four associates including the petitioner. Further submission is that, in fact, the petitioner is accused in one more case, as detailed in paragraph-3 to this application, in which he is on bail, due to that reason, the police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49624 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 got managed to implicate the petitioner in the present case also. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.93 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
