JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner's name has been mentioned as Naresh Sharma in the FIR but in this Cr. Misc. petition the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Naresh Kumar Sharma, so petitioner now wants to add his @ name in the column of bail petition. Permission is granted.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 567 of 20201 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.60045 of 2021(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant got his daughter married to co-accused, Pappu Sharma about 12 years ago, that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners.

Learned APP has accepted the factum of the two coaccused persons having been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57261 of 2021.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
