2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.05.2023 passed by learned SDJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S. Case No. 70 of 2006 by which the bail bonds of the petitioner has been cancelled and non-bailable warrant of arrest has been issued.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to co-operate in the trial and he will appear regularly in the Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and also in the interest of justice, this application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 03.05.2023 passed by learned SDJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S. Case No. 70 of 2006 is hereby quashed.

6. The petitioner is directed to appear in the trial Court and thereafter the trial Court will release the petitioner on the earlier bail bonds and the trial Court is also directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
