Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 386, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and two others is general and omnibus, to have caused murderous assault to the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The Doctor has found injury caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already closed. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34775 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.175 of 2018 arising out of Khiri More Police Station Case No.72 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
