2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.212 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is a case and counter case between the parties.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations as well as injury report showing lacerated wound on the head of the informant being vital part of the body, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
