Having regard to the fact that though the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.18943 of 2014 (3) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 has alleged about defalcation/misappropriation of public fund, there is no substantive or concrete material placed on record to bring home the accusations, which have been made except the allegations, which have been levelled by the petitioners. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ petition is closed.

The petitioner shall, however, have the liberty to lodge, if the grievances, which the petitioner has expressed in the present application, are, according to the petitioner, genuine, either First Information Report with jurisdictional police station or a complaint with criminal Court of competent jurisdiction. If the First Information Report is lodged or complaint is filed, the same shall be dealt with expeditiously, in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions, this application stands disposed of.
