2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'dowry death'.

4. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased, who has already surrendered before the Court below on 28.08.2023 and since then, he is in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Masaurhi, District - Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
