The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 342, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For a petty dispute, petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and the informant has sustained injuries on his nose and mouth which is said to be grievous.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no offence under section 308 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioners and the offence under Section 325 of the IPC is made out.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5733 of 2021(2) dt.25-11-2021 2/2 application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.249 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
