JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 26-02-2015 Learned counsel for the parties agree that the case in hand is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 10.02.2015 passed in C.W.J.C No. 2633 of 2014 (Binod Kumar Pandey vs State of Bihar and Ors) and its analogous cases, wherein, it has been held that a writ petition against BISCOMAUN will not be maintainable.

That being so, this application is also dismissed in the same terms and for the same reasons i.e. the order dated 10.02.2015 in the case of Binod Kumar Pandey (supra). (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Ranjan/- U
