Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of withdrawing the money to the ATM of the informant. The petitioner was not named in the First Information Report and his name sprang up on the basis of CCTV footage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrender within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 199 of 2012, pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9167 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada Accordingly the application is disposed off.
