Petitioner seeks bail in Ladaniya P.S. Case No.90 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 498A, 313 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that victim has performed love marriage with son of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
