ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 19.7.2011 passed by the Sessions Judge, Munger in Criminal Revision No.178 of 2011, by which he has affirmed the order dated 6.4.2010 passed by the S.D.M., Lakhisarai in Case No.35(M) of 2003, by which he had rejected an application of the Petitioner for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner for local inspection.

Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
