Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that total 23 liters of illegal country made liquor was seized from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49208 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019.
