The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018, special case No. 2421 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From the office report, it appears that co-accused has been granted bail by order dated 24.05.2018 in Cr. Misc. Case No. 32250 of 2018. On the ground of parity, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018,
