The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.259 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 448, 321, 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts available on record and the fact that there is a case and counter case between the parties and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
