Pursuant to order dated 17.08.2016, the District Cooperative Officer, Samastipur and the District Treasury Officer, Patna are present and have filed their supplementary show cause. A rejoinder has also been filed on behalf of the petitioner. From the

Patna High Court MJC No.767 of 2016 dt.31-08-2016 2/2 pleadings it appears that the dues, which are admitted by the respondents, have been paid and further the documents on which they have relied for making such payment, copies have also been annexed to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 7.

In that view of the matter, the order of the Court dated 07.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7264 of 2015 stands complied with. However, after perusing the documents brought on record, if the petitioner finds that there are some errors or something more is due to her, she will be at liberty to represent before the concerned respondents. If such an application is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a speaking order. If anything further is found payable, the same shall be paid within the next four weeks. The personal appearance of the officers stand dispensed with.

The application is disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
