The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354-B, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation in the present case is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the father of the informant and other persons of the prosecution side and are alleged to have tore the clothes of the family members of the prosecution side. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent, there is land dispute amongst the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33723 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 parties, the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and the injury report would show that the entire case is false and fabricated. The petitioners are stated to be languishing in custody since 19.03.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) ajay gupta/- U T
