Case No. 386 of 2017 dated 29.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 452, 341, 323, 354, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There appears to be a dispute between the landlord and the tenant. The informant has not paid monthly rental to the petitioners and when she was asked to pay up, the present case has been lodged.
