The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55847 of 2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.48554 of 2019(5) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.138 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
