2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non-mentioning of case number of criminal antecedent of the petitioner in the bail order, some confusion has crept up in the learned Court below. The order normally mentions that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

3. In such view of the matter, the learned Court below had to only verify whether the petitioner is an accused in one case or more than one. There should not have been any confusion with regard to the same. However, since the petitioner has approached this Court for modification, it is being clarified that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49955 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 as per paragraph 3 of the main application, the petitioner is an accused in one criminal case being Chandauti P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023.

4. In view of the aforesaid clarification, the instant modification application stands disposed of and the time to surrender of petitioner, above named and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.89145 of 2024 is extended by another three weeks from today.
